The Cut wasn't always a restaurant. In fact, when we tried to open, we were turned down — told our dream didn't fit the mold. So, we hit the streets instead. In 2014, The Cut began as a humble food truck, serving up scratch-made burgers in parking lots across Orange County. And you know who believed in us first?
Irvine.
You lined up in the heat. You brought your friends. You kept coming back. And because this city showed up for us, we promised never to stop showing up for you — with food that never cuts corners and flavor that never plays it safe.
